Distance from the sea
The property is about 350 meters from the sea, reachable by an easy walk and a small pedestrian crossing. Large and sandy beach includes a reserved umbrella for the duration of the stay plus a sun bed and a deck chair for each family. Service included in the club card.

Apartments
The apartments are divided into:
Ground floor studio apartment (30 sqm) accommodating 2 to 4 people (accommodation in a third and fourth lower bed), they consist of a single room and are all located on the ground floor. They have an independent entrance, a kitchenette and a small terrace. All rooms are equipped with TV, fridge, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning on request and with supplement.
First floor three-room apartment (from 35 to 50 sq m) accommodating 2 to 6 people (accommodation in low beds), consisting of a living room and 2 bedrooms. Arranged on the first floor or on the ground floor, they have an independent entrance, balcony or terrace. The three-room residence rooms are equipped with TV, fridge, bathroom with tub or shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning on request and with supplement

* The apartments will be delivered clean and equipped with:

Our holiday village is located in Sellia Marina and has a swimming pool for adults with a safe area dedicated to children (maximum height 80 cm), with free admission with our Club Card. The surrounding area is equipped with bars, umbrellas and deck chairs, available until exhaustion. The Club Card is also used for free access to the tennis, soccer and beach volleyball courts, and to be able to take part in the entertainment activities.
