OVERVIEW
The residence is located near the thermal springs of Bormio and is surrounded by the Alps. It is located a few minutes from the center of Bormio and half an hour from Livigno and is easily accessible by car. It is the ideal place to spend a holiday for skiers and nature lovers who can admire the mountains of the Stelvio National Park.

BUILDING
It has several apartments (two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments) which are equipped with a seating area, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen. Some apartments have a terrace and/or balcony with mountain views. It has free private outdoor parking. Each apartment has a parking space. It offers free wi-fi in all the facilities and a room dedicated to the storage of skis and boots that in summer becomesa bike storage.
