Structure Located in the heart of the Milky Way, one of the most famous ski areas in the world with its 400 kilometers of slopes and more than 50 kilometers dedicated to cross-country skiing, the hotel "Residence Nube d'Argento" in Borgata Sestriere, one of the most important locations hosting the XX Winter Olympic Games in 2006. Skiing and holidays are a stone’s throw away: 50 meters from the two main chairlifts of the area "Monte Banchetta" (home of the Olympic downhill slope Kandahar) and a few meters from the center of the village.Throughout the area there are modern artificial snowmaking facilities, that guarantee a ski season from the beginning of December until Easter. But what would a day on the ski without an après-ski? The area of Sestriere is a cosmopolitan and lively ski resort that attracts many foreign visitors in addition to local Italians.
